I am going to share with you guys, one of my favorite place in Paris, Serge Gainsbourg’s house.
Serge Gainsbourg was an icon, one of France’s most talented and famous singer/songwriter, also known for being the lover of Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot.
The facade of his house is a vibrant street art homage and graffiti hot spot that constantly changes. I love to come there because this place has a particular poetic soul and atmosphere that can’t left you indifferent.
This look was inspired by the enigmatic Serge Gainsbourg. I was wearing a black and white outfit with ripped jeans and Zizi Richelieu’s shoes by Repetto, the signature item of Gainsbourg’s style. He was always wearing them and said they were a must-have: “Repetto a perpet’ !” (“Repetto Forever!”). Indeed, these dancers shoes were the only shoes he could possibly wear.
What I like the most about these shoes is that you can wear them without socks in summer and winter, besides they are extremely comfortable.
If you are in Paris, pay a little visit to this atypical place located 5 Rue de Verneuil.
I was wearing:
Zara Jeans & Jacket
Vanessa Bruno Black Top
Repetto Zizi in white
